Derived from the SunbeamTalbot 90 convertible it was originally developed by Sunbeam Talbot dealer George Hartwell in Bournemouth as a one-off rally car.
It is powewred by a 4 cylinder 2267cc engine with oringinally column change 4 speed gearbox with overdrive on 3rd and 4th.
