The car is an older restoration and won many concours competitions back in 2000’s. Current owner has upgraded the wheels and tyres and fitted modern air conditioning. Stainless Steel bumpers have also been fitted and the vinyl roof removed. A total of 1,128 MK2 ‘s were built between Sept 69 and Sep 71 making them a lot rarer than the MK3’s which there were 4,255 built. Also having the smaller 6.3lt engine without all the restricting omissions equipment fitted to the 7.2ltr MK3 the MK2 was considered a much better drive.
