Panhard 24C

Vehicle Reg No: JLY791D
Year: 1964

Silver grey with tan interior. This is believed to be the only RHD PANHARD 24C in existence and was built in September 1964.
It is thought that the car remained unsold at its’ UK dealers until first registration on 9th January 1966. It was very expensive at that time costing £1264 even more than the larger 24BT saloon, the top of the range Ford Zodiac Mk3 Estate was cheaper and Jaguar 2.4 Mk 2 only £84 more expensive. This 24C has been subjected to a very full mechanical and body restoration. A photographic record of the work with detailed description of parts fitted and job completion with history came with the car on purchase.
It has been widely featured in many publications
Production of Panhard continued under Citroen ownership from April 1965 until closure on 20th July 1967.
